All members of the Managing Board and employees of Tektroop GmbH are looking back almost 15 years of experience in customer service for the electronic entertainment industry and have gathered a broad experience and knowledge by working for well-known companies for several years. Being passionate gamers ourselves, we also know the “other side” and are capable of putting ourselves in the customers’ place without losing sight for the interests of our clients. Our experience starts with customer support managers and moves from localisation and commercial experience of the industry to leading and building up complete customer support centres for German speaking customers and whole Europe. Thus, we understand the industry and are capable to offer reliable and worriless working customer service, if necessary even on a short term basis.
