Requirements:

• ·         Advanced written and spoken knowledge of French or German and the English language, further languages highly welcome
• ·         Good communication skills and manners, especially in written contact
• ·         Able to work in small teams
• ·         Multitasking and coordination
• ·         Stress resistant
• ·         Internet and gaming affinity
• ·         Flexibility and availability outside of common business hours

Preferable Knowledge:

• ·         Experience with using IM applications
• ·         Personal dedication to gaming are welcome and a surplus
• ·         Helpdesk systems
• ·         Previous experience in customer care
